Design-Build Services

Brookstone provides a single point of contact to lead our clients through the complex process of site selection, design, and construction. We team with architects and engineers best suited to meet the specific needs of each project, freeing the client from the burden of managing multiple professionals. This design-build approach offers the convenience of dealing with one firm that oversees the entire process from conception to occupancy. In this role Brookstone provides a critical link between an owner and the design team, closely monitoring the impact of each design decision on the project budget.

Contract Close Out

  • Obtain Owner’s final acceptance and approval
  • Manage warranty issues
  • Operation/maintenance orientation with Owner
